What we do
Worldwide, there are more than 1.3 billion people with disabilities – representing 16% of the global population. Many are regularly denied their basic human rights, including education, healthcare and employment.
Inclusive Futures brings together specialists in disability, development and other partners to tackle these issues. We pool our expertise and work with organisations of people with disabilities to remove the barriers faced by many people with disabilities, ensuring they have equal opportunities to go to school, access healthcare and get a job.

We work alongside disability organisations
Guided by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and in partnership with IDA, we collaborate with organisations of people with disabilities, from design to implementation.
We gather information that makes a big impact
We test new ideas to find out what does and doesn’t work in inclusive programming. We share this evidence to encourage others to take action, invest in disability inclusion and transform lives.

We’re a consortium of over 20 partners with a range of expertise. By working together across multiple countries, we create robust evidence that provides insight and guidance to all sectors.
