Sense International’s vision is a world in which all people with deafblindness are equal and active members of society.

People with disabilities, especially those with deafblindness have been left behind and excluded. Through the Inclusive Futures initiative, we’re working in collaboration with partners to ensure individuals with deafblindness, and their families, are empowered and have access to inclusive education, practical vocational training and livelihoods programmes, and sexual/reproductive health and rights so they can live, learn and thrive. Underpinned by a human-rights based approach, we’re working with partners to implement projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Nepal, and Bangladesh

We're involved in the consortium because…

Accessibility

"...we improve young people with disabilities’ access to and uptake of sexual and reproductive health and rights services and information."

Supporting livelihoods

"...we support young people with disabilities such as deafblindness, and their families, to learn practical income-generating skills and access employment."
