LINC

LINC logo

LINC is committed to locally-led and inclusive development.

We believe that engaging local actors increases the effectiveness and sustainability of international development. We have previously worked through several USAID-funded programmes in East Africa and were the recipient of USAID’s Small Business of the Year award.

As part of Global Labor Program – Inclusive Futures we will use our experience and tested systems tools, like Social Network Analysis, Participatory Systems Mapping, and Causal Loop Diagram, to support dialogue between stakeholders and facilitate learning. LINC will implement systems thinking activities, and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) framework and practices. We will provide strategic guidance to ensure that the various components of the programme are grounded in a strong evidence base and iteratively adapted to remain relevant throughout implementation.
