Operating in almost 30 countries, we work with enterprising men and women in the developing world to build competitive businesses and industries. By linking people to information, capital, and markets, we have helped millions to create lasting prosperity for their families and communities. We achieve this through strong local expertise, world-class market analysis, and commitment to rigorous impact measurement.
Our role within the USAID funded Global Labor Program – Inclusive Futures is to support women microentrepreneurs with disabilities in Coca Cola Beverages Africa’s retail distribution chain. We will provide retailers with business management skills training, coaching and increased access to financial support to help them develop their retail businesses.
“We offer tailored business training and personalised coaching and support, helping retailers to gain essential business management skills and meet their individual goals and needs.”
“We help retailers to connect with financial services and loan providers so they can access the capital and financial support they need to develop their businesses.”
“We support entrepreneurs to form business groups and establish links with companies so they can order stock in bulk, bargain for better prices, and reach larger markets."
